In our online shop we offer free shipping for orders over 29 EUR.

We ship our entire product range free of charge within Germany for orders over 29 EUR. Anything under 29 EUR will be charged a surcharge of 4 EUR.

For orders to all European countries we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90.

Delivery times within Germany are typically 2-4 business days. International deliveries typically take 4-6 business days. Should your order take longer, this is usually due to delays with the delivery service provider. We apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, we have no direct influence on the shipping process.

The Green Guardia beneficial insects are securely packaged in a padded envelope and shipped via Deutsche Post Brief or DHL Warenpost. Please remove the shipment from your mailbox immediately upon receipt. Unfortunately, delivery to packing stations or post offices is not possible for beneficial insects, so please always provide a home address.

Unfortunately, a subsequent change of the delivery address is not possible in most cases, as the shipping process starts automatically immediately after the order is received and cannot be stopped. An exception is subsequent deliveries of parasitic wasps. If the delivery address needs to be changed for these, please notify us at least 14 days before the next delivery, and we will be happy to adjust it.

Your order has been on its way for a while and you're worried it won't arrive? If it's been five business days since your shipping confirmation, please don't hesitate to contact us. While we have no direct influence on the delivery process by our shipping partner, we will do our best to quickly find a suitable solution for you.

Our beneficial insects are shipped fresh daily and are packaged in such a way that they remain viable even in the event of a delayed delivery.

Depending on the type of beneficial insects, they can remain active in the packaging for up to 15 days. Their activity slows down, especially in colder temperatures, but they remain viable.

We recommend applying the beneficial insects as soon as possible after receiving them, according to the instructions, so that they can develop their full effect.

If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery by emailing info@greenguardia.de with relevant photos.

Yes, shipping within such a short timeframe is usually not a problem. Especially before longer holidays like Easter or Christmas, we make sure that deliveries either arrive in time before the holidays or are shipped afterward.

The invoice will be created after payment for your order has been received and sent directly to you via email. If you don't find the invoice in your inbox, please also check your spam folder. If you can't find it there either, you can contact us at any time – we'll be happy to resend the invoice.
